The Olympia I is based on our competition model from the 2009 “Chain of Ecohomes” design competition in Kansas.
It is a three bedroom, two storeys Passive House with open floor layout, indoor-outdoor living, extra high ceilings, attached carport and small footprint. This would even fit on a small City lot.
At your choice, you could add a Green Roof, Photovoltaic Panels or Solar Hot Water. For heating and cooling we primarily recommend a highly efficient heat recovery ventilation system and adding additional components depending on your location and climate.
