The Pedestal was designed with simplicity in mind, focusing on the Passive House essentials such as small foot print, rectangular building shape, glazing to the south, open and efficient floor layout. It comprises three bedrooms with flex-room, two storeys with extra high ceilings, an attached carport and small footprint. At your choice, you could add a Green Roof, Renewable Energy Sources such as Photovoltaic Panels or Solar Hot Water on the roof. For heating and cooling we primarily recommend a highly efficient heat recovery ventilation system and add additional components depending on your location and climate.
