For us, the Passive House standard is not a requirement, rather a goal.
In any way, your fab-home will consume up to 90% less energy than a standard home and is able maintain a comfortable temperature in winter and summer with only minimal heating and cooling.
CONSTRUCTION | BUILDER
At your choice, your Fab-Home™ can be constructed conventionally onsite by your builder and contractor OR prefabricated by your chosen prefab firm since all designs are geared towards easy prefabrication. Please find more information on the prefab option here.
